the outside looks outdated but the inside is renovated and very nice. The location is prime! The front desk girl who checked me in was amazing. I was tired, moody and just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made everything easy and smooth. Her customer service skills were awesome. As a company owner, one can only wish all employees were like her. I wish I had taken down her name.

Everything was new and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Across from a nice little beach, beach chairs and coolers were a nice amenity. We used one of the coolers for our drive to Hana. Snacks and breakfast treats were yummy. The shower was nice and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy with two pillows per person, and the patio was pleasant.

The location is good, right across the street from the beach. From the outside it looked on the older weathered side, but when we opened the door to the room it was beautifully updated. The bed was super comfortable. Modern amenities. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great - could watch the sunset from our balcony. Room was very clean. Staff provided towels and beach chairs if you needed them. Hotel is across the street from the beach and ocean - you can hear it from the room.

Location weas great. Provided easy access to all of our activities. Across the road from a beach. Nice Hawaiian sunsets. Made frequent trips to the office for morning (good) coffee. Every staff member I delt with was efficient and friendly
